Kaya Wittenburg is one of the world’s top sales and marketing strategists for mixed-use real estate developments. Through skillful management and an energetic global vision, Mr. Wittenburg has supervised the sale of over $4,000,000,000 in development inventory since 2004.
He has created state-of-the-art proprietary platforms, launched bold initiatives, and crafted business units that have achieved record-setting results.
His teams have been widely recognized for their knowledge and work ethic. Wittenburg’s business acumen is extensive and has steadily evolved through project management functioning as a broker, project manager, and top-level executive. His career path began in Los Angeles, where Wittenburg was involved in securing financing and managing of all phases of sales and improvements for existing residential development. | In 2008, he moved on to engage as an international development consultant for large-scale resort projects located throughout Brazil, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Panama and the Bahamas. Through his impactful presence, he often engaged with high‑powered, Minister-level, governmental officials in order to devise strategies for development and tourism expansion. |
Wittenburg then relocated from Beverly Hills to Miami and successfully supervised over $350 million in sales as a New Construction Sales Director for Majestic Properties. Shortly thereafter, Wittenburg assumed the role as Chief Operating Officer for Majestic. In this role he led the company to be named “Fastest Growing Privately Held Real Estate Organization in the United States” according to Inc. 500 Magazine. | In 2013, Wittenburg founded Sky Five Properties, a Florida-based company dedicated to serving as the premiere commercial and residential brokerage firm throughout South Florida and the neighboring international region. He has also taken a strong interest in strengthening the Miami business community where he has served on the Board of Directors for the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and was appointed as a judge for the esteemed Rothschild Business Planning Competition at the University of Miami. |
