The Flamingo South Beach has an excellent fitness center with equipment that will satisfy most professional athletes.  In fact, there are quite a few professional athletes that have either owned or rented a place there as an off-season home.  (I remember seeing football players Jeremy Shockey and Reggie Bush there at the pool a while back).  The towering walls of glass of the fitness center allow for incredible sunset water views…and the crowd at the gym is quite attractive. You just don’t see workout scenes like they have at the Flamingo from where I am from in Wisconsin.

Another amenity that is really cool and unique is the sand volleyball court sitting adjacent to the water.  By having this court available, it makes the Flamingo South Beach a popular destination for the hardcore beach volleyball players. You see, down on South Beach, beach volleyball is a passion. The annual Model Beach Volleyball tournament here is an incredible spectacle, an amazing weekend of competition and fun for some of the most beautiful male and female models from around the world.  The organizer Rick Delgato puts on a brilliant event year after year. All of this excitement makes the court area a great place to hangout for residents and their guests.

Top Party Condo Building on South Beach

So the fitness center and beach volleyball courts give the building a great vibe, but they aren’t even the best part of the Flamingo South Beach.  Hands down, the pool is just awesome. It is the main reason that the Flamingo South Beach was designated as the Top Party Condo Building on South Beach.  The competition wasn’t even close.  The massive infinity and sand beach pools make for a incredible social gathering destinations.  Locals tend to smile and nod a bit when you mention the pool at the Flamingo; the scene has quite the reputation for abundant fun.

Best of all, the condos for sale in The Flamingo South Beach offer great value when taking into consideration other buildings like the Mondrian and Bentley Bay that area located along West Avenue on South Beach.
