Murano Grande South Beach Cool for DJs and Models
Murano Grande South Beach is quite popular for models, DJs and rappers alike. Don’t get me wrong, this prestigious Miami Beach luxury tower isn’t known as a big stomping grounds for partiers like the Flamingo or other South Beach party buildings. It’s an amazing waterfront development that has a stunning lobby, private elevators and other amenities that are absolutely first-class. It just so happens that the uber-talented music producer Timbaland, the notorious rapper Lil Wayne and the superstar electronic dance music DJ, Ron Seikaly (pictured above) have all called the Murano Grande South Beach home.
Prestigious South of Fifth Neighborhood
Located within the popular and prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood, Murano Grande South Beach has an outstanding location that is walking distance to the beach and the amazing nightlife of South Beach. Real estate values for the South of Fifth condo community have explosively rebounded from the Great Recession as well as any community in the entire state. Many of the condos within the building have doubled in value over the last three years.
Murano Grande South Beach Popularity
Murano Grande South Beach condos are some of the most popular on Miami Beach for a reason. Its amenities and residential features set a new standard for condo living on South Beach. Overall, with 270 condo units, the development is one of the largest condo towers on Miami Beach. It’s easy to fall in love with the spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean or the downtown Miami Skyline over the sparking waters of Biscayne Bay. The building includes a myriad of amenities such as 24-hour security services and valet, on-site gym and spa, a massive pool deck overlooking the bay and a beautiful lobby designed by the Rockwell Group. Murano Grande South Beach also offers an adjacent full-service marina with direct access to deepwater for residents.
Premium Condo Finishes
Individual units within Murano Grande South Beach feature European kitchen cabinetry, private elevators, solid core double entry doors, enclosed glass showers, whirlpool tubs, wine chillers, eat-in breakfast area, designer bathroom fixtures, marble bathroom flooring, and full-size kitchen appliances. Condos are available in 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom condo floor plans with amazing outdoor balconies.
Grand Entrance
Personally, I just love the feeling that you get when you walk into the lobby. Icon South Beach and Murano Grande South Beach share a common, regal driveway entrance that extends up several yards in height to make a grand statement. Courteous valets instantly greet guests with smiles to go along with quick and attentive service. Stepping into the lobby is inspiring, and it just seems to have good energy. Perhaps there is some feng sui here; I’m not sure what it is exactly, but I feel good anytime that I enter the building.
Monty’s and Prime 112 Steps Away
The proximity of the Murano Grande South Beach to Monty’s Sunset means that a fun happy hour with drinks, stone crabs and oysters is only steps away. Or if you are in the mood for something more formal (and heavy), Prime One Twleve is a short walk away as well. Access on and off the Mac Arthur Causeway only takes a few minutes, which is another huge bonus. All and all, it’s quite clear why the Murano Grande South Beach is one of the most popular condo buildings on South Beach.
