Building Details

North Bay Village has been a popular winter haven since 1945 and is home to a range of nightclubs and restaurants. The area was also a favorite destination for celebrities back in the day like Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland. North Bay Village also has an interesting history, as the land was previously beneath the waters of the Biscayne Bay until it was brought out in the 1940's and became the site of many single-family properties. North Bay Village also includes 2 other islands -- Treasure Island and Harbor Island -- that were later incorporated, as well as Broadcast Key, which was annexed into the village in 1963.
