These are all important factors that can determine whether it is the place for you to live or not.

Budget is so important when thinking of your future home. You need to decide this ahead of time as the last thing you want is to find your dream home only to discover that it is way out of your price range. Speak to the bank and work out how much you can borrow, what you might sell your house for, and also how much you already have in savings. This will all help you work out a rough figure of what you can afford.

When it comes to buying a new house you need to think of what you want it to be. Will you want it to come as a new build? Will you want it to be recently renovated and therefore ready to move in? Or do you want it to be a project house? This is the sort of house that you will rip out and completely remodel to be your dream place to live. This can take a lot of time and be a lot of work but will mean that you can get the property exactly how you want it to be. It also means you can buy a property for much cheaper, but you will need to estimate how much it will cost you to do it up, on things such as materials and labor.
