Set in 444 Brickell Avenue, the complex’s three towers shines like jewels among the city landscape. This complex is offered to the public by The Related Group and is designed by Arquitectonica, led by founding principal Bernardo Fort-Brescia. Enzo Ena serves as the landscape architect. Jorge Perez, CEO of The Related Group, dubs this complex as “the most important development in the urban core.” And indeed, it will be. This project will transform the 40-year-old Rivergate Plaza building (which is home to renowned restaurant The Capital Grille), a parking lot and the General Services Administration building.

One Brickell will house over 4 million square feet with over 2 million square feet of sellable space. The three towers are all mixed use buildings, providing a combination of residential, hotel, retail and office spaces. Tower I at 811 feet tall will have 77 stories, Tower II (619 feet) will have 57 stories and Tower III (859 feet) will have 82 stories. All told, these towers will house 1,400 residential units, a five-star hotel with over 200 rooms and over 200,000 square feet of office and retail space, including convention space. There will also be a total of 1,993 parking spaces. The entire project is slated for completion in 2016.

This provides residents with the enviable access to home, work and play – all in the same complex. The building will have two swimming pools, with the waterfront lined with restaurants, as well as a bike and jogging trail. What’s more, the buildings are set right in the gorgeous waterfront of the Miami River. The complex is also slated to have a riverwalk that connects to the Brickell CityCentre.
